Today I had the good fortune to sit down and talk with Aaron Melendrez owner of Uptown Provisions. He talked and reflected on his past 18 months as the owner and head chef of Uptown provisions. Aaron has many projects going on here in Whittier and he is always expressing his creativity in ways Whittier hasn't seen before.
