Behind The Mynd

This week, we welcome Yogi and friend Jun Lee to the broadcast! Traveling from the jungles of Costa Rica to the farmhouses of Italy, to the FCCFree studios in San Francisco, Jun shares with us the life of a transient yoga instructor. Towing along with her will be her man-mate Ted, and we'll dive into his budding yoga-focused adventures. Also surfing. A lot of wetsuit size talk in this one. David doesn't know a thing about it.
