The UK Top 40 Singles from May 1979. Here we see the albums have some Dire Straits, Thin Lizzy, Blondie and Art Garfunkel. The singles chart had a classic (played badly) by The Monks, Earth, Wind & Fire team up with The Emotions, and there’s a bit of Dr Feelgood, alongside Cheap Trick, Supertramp, ABBA, The Damned (you were waiting on them weren’t you?), The Dickies (Oh you love it, don’t lie “can’t remember” pah!
