Lessons Learned

On this episode we chop it up with one of the good guys in professional wrestling Sam Hollomon AKA Buzzsaw Samuels. Sam was one of the first guys that took to me when I started teaching BJJ at Booker T's Reality of Wresting. We have stayed in touch and have chatted about coming on the pod for a year or so now. After making his in ring return about a month ago I knew it was time to reach out and invite him back for our long awaited pod session. I am super glad he is back and equally happy that we got to reconnect on the show because Sam is someone I consider a friend.
