He lives west of Nashville TN in a small town of Bellevue with his wife Amanda and two sons, Lincoln and Stetson. He played all 4 years of High School football and spent two years in College playing offensive and defensive line at Lambuth University. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with an undergraduate degree in Health and Human Performance and also has a M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University. He owns and operates a fitness facility in Franklin TN, where he helps change the lives of those individuals 45+ who want to lose weight, move pain free, and do things they didn’t think were possible.
