It seems crazy to think that there was a time when entrepreneur, creatrix and makeup maven Bobbi Brown didn’t know what she wanted to do with her life, but like many young people it took some coaxing to decide on a career path. However, once she realized her passion lay in makeup artistry, there was no looking back. Working as a freelance artist in NYC, Bobbi was unimpressed with the popular color palettes at the time, preferring to mix her own shades. Credited with popularizing the “natural” makeup look, Bobbi’s creativity led to her own makeup line, which then paved the way for a multitude of businesses to follow. This Renaissance woman has written numerous books, owns a hotel, and has launched several wellness and makeup brands since her namesake line first debuted, all the while carving out time for herself and her family and learning the art of patience along the way.
