Sinopsis
How often do we have doors closed and keep knocking on them? Whether it's the end of a relationship, job, or life, there should come a moment when we arrive at a place of non-attachment that feels loving and EXPANSIVE—serving as a building block of who we are supposed to be in the world. How often have we hung on because of how things are "supposed" to be or how they used to be? It's time to stop knocking and recognize this ending of a chapter as a benevolent gift and a stepping stone on your path. And it's okay to notice the grief in this, but also know that it feels freer on the other side - without the unhealthy attachment weighing you down. I'm practicing non-attachment as I've let go of the expectation of how the other person will receive or respond to their life experience. What does attachment feel like for you? And how does the idea of non-attachment sit with you? Let's talk about it! Comment 'Letting Go' to receive this week's podcast link. . . . And how can you support me? Visit www.consc
