About the Expert Oscar Coetzee, PhD, was born and raised in South Africa, where he completed his bachelor’s degree with majors in criminology and psychology. Coetzee holds 2 master's degrees, one in Organizational Psychology and another in Human Nutrition. He received his PhD in holistic nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health.   Coetzee is currently a faculty member at the University of Bridgeport and is the associate director of the Nutrition Track in the Doctor of Health Science Degree.
