Every week I interview someone from the world of mergers and acquisitions so we can find out their approach to buying businesses.   In this episode of Business Buying Strategies, I engage in an insightful conversation with Carsten Jensen, who bought a business following the advice from my Mastermind Program. Jensen shares his journey of acquiring a successful tree surgery enterprise, currently generating between £2 to 2.5 million with 18 staff members.
