When the officer realized that the 18 year old was trying to steal clothes for a job interview in order to help provide for his family, he decided to give him a second chance. Niran bought him a shirt and tie and the young man ended up landing the job! A 23 year old who has been working for years to come up with a solution to cleaning up the massive amount of waste that has accumulated in our ocean.
