Marisa is a published writer, award-winning speaker, and online ministry leader. She's driven to write about faith, and how to "live it out," in the midst of daily resistance.   Marisa's writing led her to public speaking. In 2015, Marisa was one of 30,000 contestants from 126 countries in the largest speech competition in the world. She became Toastmasters' District 33, 1st Place winner, which positioned her as one of the top 100 speakers in the world.
