Emily T Gail Talk Story

I've known John & Judy Collins, Co-Founders of the Ironman in 1978 ever since Herb & I crossed the finish line at Ironman 1982 in Kona Hawaii. (yup, we even got the photo!) A nice friendship developed with John & Judy over the years from having a mutual respect for some of the ways we each contributed to shaping the look and feel of Ironman in ways I remember so well.I like sharing some of those stories. I think John & Judy do too. I think the treads of history including right up to today that bring a story together is important and fun to keep alive.
