It's not an honor to be followed online.  Guys like Dan Bilzerian have some huge problems because of his 30 million followers who don't pay him. Same for me, too.  Instagram and Facebook have not paid me because of the number of followers I have.  I got into an argument online by a guy who told me, "You're lucky I still follow you." If you followed me in real life, that would be called stalking.  It's not an honor for someone to follow me.  I make videos and post them on YouTube.  Write articles and post them to my blog.  I put out content that hopefully someone enjoys.  Content that changes or rewires someone's mind.  I'm not lucky cause I have followers.  Neither are the influencers, or business owners....... Don't let anyone tell you you're lucky that your employees work for you.  That's straight-up ego.  Don't let them tell you that you should be lucky.  You're the one putting in the work, and putting out the value and making sure the money is there so they can cash your checks, gobble up your wisdom, and
