This week my guest is Dr Lavina Ahuja. Dr Lavina is a UK trained counselling psychologist with over a decade of work experience in UK, UAE and Canada. Dr Lavina is based at German Neuroscience Centre in Dubai Healthcare city and works with individuals, families and couples to help them with various mental health and relationship issues.  In her work with individual clients, she specialises in dealing with anxiety issues and obsession compulsive disorder. I often work with clients who are dealing with relationship issues as well as mental health issues so thought it would be great to get some insight from Dr Lavina  to share with you all today.
