Join Egyptian-American comedian Ahmed Ahmed and fellow comedians Erik Griffin, Ted Alexandro and Angelo Tsarouchas as they discuss their documentary, “ Just Like Us”. Ahmed Ahmed’s directorial debut, the film exemplifies a goal of reintroducing socially relevant issues to the world to build cultural bridges in this age of greater tolerance and acceptance through comedy. The film documents stand-up comedy shows in four countries in the Middle East, showcasing the cultures of Dubai, Lebanon, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Egypt with sold out crowds totaling over 20,000 people.
