CAMW! partnered with Lansing Community College and the Lansing Fire Department to create the First Responder Apprenticeship program. This program was created to address the critical shortage of emergency medical workers in the Capital region. The program will provide firefighters with Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training. This will greatly increase the services firefighters can provide including: CPR. First aid. Life support care.
