This week we are exploring an aspirational destination for so many Canadians - Australia. And, starting in June, Australia is even more accessible with Air Canada non-stop flights from Vancouver to Brisbane aboard Dreamliner Boeing 787-8 aircraft. Everything about Australia is unique, and even the plants and animals are unlike anywhere else on the planet. The scale is immense – this is the world’s sixth largest country, and the sheer size of its natural attractions and landmarks is truly impressive. The landscapes can be other worldly and the aboriginal understanding of it is known as “Dreamtime”. Yet this is also a country that has sophisticated cities, where English is spoken, and where everything is easy and laid back – usually with some “amber nectar” in hand.
