Passion for creating and enjoying the highest quality of chocolates are what drives the owner of Le Rouge Handmade Chocolates and Cakes by Aarti to begin her business.  Aarti Khosla was inspired by memories of her father bringing home chocolates from France.  Years later, Aarti noticed there was a lack of artisanal chocolate shops where she and her family resided.
