Revolution Brewing's Jumpy Palos talks FoBAB, experimental brewing, pairing Revolution beers with iconic Chicago foods Revolution Brewing's John "Jumpy" Palos got his start about the same time we launched Beer Guys Radio in early 2016.  He worked his way up from the packaging department and is now the Lead Pub Brewer at their Chicago brewpub.
