Locked On Red Sox

The Red Sox lost their 2nd straight to the Tampa Bay Rays and 3rd in a row overall with a 7-2 loss to the Rays Saturday afternoon at Fenway Park.  The Red Sox are a game below .500 (80-81) with 1 more game to go for the 2024 Regular Season.  The Red Sox are now 6 games below .500 with a record of 37-43 at Fenway.-----On the Board 1st- Triston Casas got the Red Sox on the board with 1 big swing of the bat in the Bottom of the 1st.  Casas hit a solo Home Run off Rays starter, Shane Baz, that went into the seats above the Green Monster in leftfield. It's his 13th of the season and 2nd this season off Baz.    -----Kutter & The Home Run Ball: Kutter Crawford made his final start of the 2024 Regular Season Saturday afternoon.  Crawford gave up a 2-run Home Run to Junior Caminero in the 3rd Inning and that put the Rays up, 2-1.  It was the 34th Home Run allowed this season by Crawford, the most in the Majors. Crawford gave up RBI Singles to Caminero and Jonathan Aranda in the 5th and exited with 2 on and 1 out.
