In today's news: Holtec International has officially closed on a $1.52 billion loan from the U.S. Department of Energy to restart the Palisades nuclear power plant.  The cleanup of Ox Creek has gotten a boost now that the former Modern Plastics property in Benton Harbor has been purchased by Harbor Shores. Benton Harbor leaders are working to address a major challenge to the city's Dial A Ride service.
