Hayley Channer is Director, Economic Security at the United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney. Professor John Mavrogenes is a Professor of Economic Geology at the ANU Research School of Earth Sciences. David Andrews is a Senior Policy Advisor at the ANU National Security College (NSC).
