Sinopsis
Over the last few years, our ability to make sense of biological information has increased in sophistication. Today, we can predict the 3-dimensional structure of an enzyme, simulate activity and optimize the molecule using computational biotechnology tools. The cost of biological information/data has also dramatically declined. In the podcast we speak with Jens Kolind from Novozymes on what all this means for water going forward and the challenges in implementing biotechnology on a wider scale in water treatment. We also focus in on industrial Stormwater and speak to Ryan Janoch from Mapistry. The interest in this area is fast growing at both a public and company level.
