Benjamin H. Milligan is a former US Navy SEAL, author, and military historian that served in SEAL Teams from 2001 to 2009. A native of Indianapolis, he received a BA in History at Purdue University before deploying with SEAL Team 4 in Europe and deploying into combat at SEAL Team 5.
