This is the English version of the original Spanish-language podcast, which you can listen to in Agenda Pública.The European Union's Open Strategic Autonomy (OSA) is a policy framework aimed at strenghten the EU's capacity to act independently in critical sectors while remaining engaged in global trade and partnerships, achieving a functional balance between self-reliance and multilateralism.
