He is the man, the myth, the legend who breathed life into the nostrils of Paso Robles' dirt to give us Union Jack IPA.  We had a wonderful talk about the evolution of IPAs, how beers change over time, and the endless battle of "bottles vs. cans". Matt's a super interesting and talented guy who has cemented Firestone Walker's reputation as one of the best breweries going.  My wife and I had the chance to see Firestone Walker's ever-expanding setup on our recent trip to Paso Robles, California. FW is growing by leaps and bounds and pretty much own an entire neighborhood in the town.  Paso Robles is rad. It's a hilly, desert with a tough, rustic vibe.
