I am joined by co-founder and brewmaster of Victory - Bill Covaleski - to talk about his warm-weather beater, which has a unique origin story as a joint venture between the Pennsylvania brewery and VisitPhilly.com.  What to expect in the episode? Besides a fascinating convo with Bill where he talks about his time learning to brew beer in Germany, I do ramble on about how I love the beer as the summer seasonal it is, but I also have great nostalgia for Victory's beers as I went to college in Philadelphia - SJU THE HAWK WILL NEVER DIE - and was taught what craft beer could be through Victory's catalogue.  I also tell a slightly embarrassing story that involves me having purple teeth and the former Philadelphia mayor Michael Nutter - who was then my councilman.
