This Holiday Wish episode is on PEACE. And peace is the holiday wish I want for you.  What do you think of when you hear the word PEACE? Do you think of peace of mind, peace, and quiet, or peace in your heart, contentment? Peace is something that so many people want, and some may not know how to get or find peace. And, it’s also one of those things that you wouldn’t seek out or try to find like how you would with love or joy. It’s usually not top of mind until your life gets noisy or crazy and stressful. I like to describe peace as stillness, feeling a ‘calm’ in your heart and your mind and there’s no chaos. You cannot have peace if you have anger, contention, or hate in your heart and your mind. Peace will come when you have forgiven everyone that you think or feel has done something wrong to you. Strive to have peace in your heart and in your life.
