Buying More, More, More? In episode #178, I talked about wanting more, more, more because you think that’s going to get you what you want, and if that’s really what you want? I want to continue talking about this more, more, more thing that can and maybe is happening, because it’s not bad to want and buy more for yourself, but what happens when it gets out of control. You might not even realize that it’s happening until someone points it out, and it can be hard to look at it because no one wants to see the things that aren’t working or aren’t healthy. Take a good look at what you’ve been buying and see what’s behind all the buying, shopping, spending.  It’s also known as emotional shopping! There’s that high that you get when you shop and it feels so good and it numbs the pain or frustration or any other emotion that you’re struggling with.
