I can’t say it enough that you must, must, must do more research before you hire a coach. Each coach will have a lot of knowledge in certain things or areas and that’s what you want when you’re paying someone to help you. You don’t want to hire a coach and pay a lot of money if you haven’t seen, heard, or read about what they can do to help you. My experience with hiring a coach that was not the right fit.  She should have told me and stopped our coaching sessions and refunded my money.
