I want to talk about personal development. How’s your personal development going? It’s not a pretty topic and not everyone wants to talk about it, but with all the crazy negativity happening in the world right now. Personal development is such a broad topic and there are so many areas to talk about like: How are you doing mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically, and socially-family and friends?  It’s a lifelong journey, it’s not going to happen in one day or in just one year, it’s something that you’ll have to do every day. Think about an area of your life where you’re struggling.  Are you having a hard time emotionally?  Write down all the emotions that you’re feeling right now in a notebook.
