It’s so important to stick to what you stand for and have integrity with yourself. I have two things that are at the top of my list of the things that is a hard rule that I won’t break. The first one is - not swearing!  I didn’t grow up in a house where anyone swore, and my mom modeled for me that it’s not necessary to swear. The 2nd thing that I stand for is not being nasty to people or talking to people in a nasty way. I was taught to treat people the way I want to be treated, and that’s how I live my life.
