Women usually have a plan for something that they  really want and sometimes they don't even realize  that they've made a plan because it's been something  that they do naturally and have been doing it for so long, that they don't feel the need to have it written out. Sometimes I think that as little girls we have this natural ability to see what we want, figure out a way to get it (a plan) and then go for it - no matter what. Have you ever watched a little girl playing house, having a tea party or doll dress up?  If you have, you probably have witnessed that little girl in action: setting things up, organizing everything and telling her playmates what to do and, what not to do (some might call it being bossy).  I think it's pretty funny, her playmates are at her mercy.
