It's nearly Christmas, so here's some ridiculous recipes that may help you get some faces fed in the holidays! #BestOfCSB2021 Chrissie saw this recipe on Tik Tok so we wanted to give it a try! Here’s how we did it: 1 pack of Chicken Drumsticks (Skin On)1 pack ‘Tandaco’ Seasoning1 bag baby potatoes, halvedCarrotsAny other veg you want to roast! Rub some oil (olive oil / vegetable oil) on the drumsticks, then season with the Tandaco seasoning and some salt and pepper. (Use heaps of the seasoning so it’s nicely covered, you could toss it together in a bag). Boil a pot and cook the potatoes until soft. Put the chicken, hanging in the oven rack (so they don’t fall through), in the cold oven above a tray of veggies. Turn the oven to 220C Fan Forced and cook until the chicken is ready, 40-60 minutes, tossing the the veggies occasionally - check after 40 so you don’t burn the veggies.
