Marcus Dedina started his CrossFit journey in 2006, when there were less than 70 CrossFit Affiliates at CrossFit Oahu in Honolulu, Hawaii. After coaching for several years as a CrossFit Oahu coach, Marcus moved to Encinitas, Californina to focus on one of the first ever CrossFit Lifestyle apparel brands, Life ASRX.. Since then Marcus has owned several CrossFit businesses, including his affiliate Dynamis CrossFit. Marcus is a wealth of knowledge when is comes to coaching, programming, building a brand and being an entrepreneur. Throughout the ever changing landscape of CrossFit, Marcus always chooses to focus on the positive with an emphasis on the community.
