Ian Markow founder of Markow Training Systems joins us on ABR this week for episode 209. Ian Markow started his fitness career at Crunch Gyms in NYC. He then began working at the fitness center of Goldman Sachs where he learned how to manage his credit score as well as progressing his craft. The next step was with DPT Fabian Garcia where Ian began assisting at his clinic and doubling as a human sponge for knowledge.
