Scott Hoffman & Avinash Mittur of Nite & I have a conversation about their first beers, the soundtrack of their youths, their first shows, "Cult of the Serpent Sun", working with Season of Mist and their hangover cure. Throughout this chat, Avi drank some water and Scott drank Levante Brewing Company's "Birra Di Levante" the 4.9% Czech / Bohemian Pilsner while I enjoyed Bière Boréale's "Osmose" the 7% NEIPA that was hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka & Citra Hops.
