Initially focused on owning 10 properties, Nick shifted his strategy to develop portfolio value and yield to generate passive income. Nick encourages investors to start their journey at any age and advises them to do their due diligence and focus on affordable markets with strong fundamentals, such as Gladstone and Bundaberg.
