The Red Sox will go into Thursday's scheduled off day back home in Boston with positive vibes after winning the series finale, 1-0, over the Tampa Bay Rays at George M. Steinbrenner Field Wednesday night.  Boston went 3-3 on their Road Trip thru Chicago and Tampa.  The Sox head home for a 7-Game Home Stand having won 2 in a row and 3 of their last 4. Sean Newcomb, Greg Weissert, Garrett Whitlock and Justin Slaten combined on the Red Sox shutout win of the season. -----On The Board 1st: David Hamilton got the Red Sox on the board 1st in the series finale with a Home Run to leadoff the Top of the 3rd Inning.
