Profowon interviews Moncell DurdenMoncell Durden is a dance educator, choreographer, ethnographer, embodied historian, and author. He is an Associate Professor of Practice at the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance. Durden specializes in Afro-kinetic memory and teaches hip-hop, jazz, improvisation, locking, house, and authentic jazz.
