The Red Sox avoided a 4th straight loss and got back to .500 with a 6-4 comeback win over the Texas Rangers Wednesday night at Fenway Park. Alex Bregman broke a 3-3 tie with a 2-out, 2-run single in the bottom of 7th inning and the Red Sox did not trail again. Bregman went 3-for-4 with a solo Home Run and a Double as well. Wilyer Abreu hit his 2nd solo Home Run of the night in the 8th to make it 6-3. Aroldis Chapman gave up a solo Home Run to Josh Jung, but got the final out to register his 5th save of the season. -----#'s of the NIGHT: It was the Red Sox 7th comeback win of the season. The Red Sox are now 2-4 vs. the Rangers this season with 1 more game to go in the season series. Bregman's solo Home Run in the 4th was his 9th of the season and 200th of his career. Abreu followed with a solo Home Run later in the inning and they were the 1st 2 of the season allowed by Rangers starter, Tyler Mahle.
