Brian Campbell grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado and attended college at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. While skiing and studying he got his first restaurant job which is where he really started to understand the importance of organization. Being organized in the restaurant made life much easier when he knew exactly where everything he needed was for a busy night of service. After College he spent the last few years traveling in Europe and Latin America, where he taught himself to speak Spanish. Being organized comes in use all the time when you are living out of a backpack! He became a bit of a pro at packing and unpacking his 48L pack in the most efficient way because of always being on the move and staying in new place
