Out West, the Minnesota Timberwolves waited to see who would emerge from the Denver vs OKC series. In the NHL Playoffs, the guys discuss the Carolina Hurricanes' dominant thrashing of Dave's Capitals, while the city of Toronto braced itself for more disappointment. Meanwhile, Edmonton vs Dallas, in the WCF, looks to be an actual battle for the ages, on paper anyway. The guys conclude by talking about how Shoeless Joe Jackson and Pete Rose have been deemed eligible for the Baseball Hall of Fame.
