Locked On Red Sox

The Red Sox (27-27) split their doubleheader with the Baltimore Orioles Saturday afternoon and night at Fenway Park.  The Sox lost the nightcap, 2-1 and wasted a solid performance from Lucas Giolito on the mound.  The Red Sox are 5-4 on their current homestand that wraps up on Sunday. The Sox are now 6-13 in 1-run games.  -----Game 1 Recap: Rafael Devers played hero in the opener with a game-winning RBI single in the Bottom of the 10th Inning and the Red Sox won, 6-5.  It's the Red Sox 5th walk-off win of the season and 11th come-back win of the season.  The Red Sox got solo Home Runs from Jarren Duran, Wilyer Abreu & Abraham Toro. 5 different Red Sox relievers worked a scoreless inning out of the bullpen.    -----On The Shelf- After undergoing an MRI on Saturday, lex Bregman was placed on the Injured List with a strained right quad.  Bregman suffered the injury in Friday's win against the Orioles.  It's expectetd that he'll miss an extended period of time.  He had a similar injury with the Astros in 2021
