The Red Sox (32-35) used the long ball in Sunday night's series finale in the Bronx and beat the Yankees, 11-7. The Sox took 2 of 3 in the 1st series of the season between the 2 rivals. Hunter Dobbins earned the victory for the Red Sox, who have won 3 of their last 4 games. Aroldis Chapman had to enter in the 9th with 2 on and 2 outs and he managed to record the final out to close the door on the game and record his 11th save. -----Sox At The Dish: The Red Sox tied a season-high with 5 Home Runs in Sunday night's win in the finale. The Sox also hit 5 Home Runs at Toronto on April 29th. Kristian Campbell hit a 2-run Homer into the seats in right in the 5th and that tied the game at 2-2. Carlos Narvaez hit a 3-run blast to left in the 5th and that put the Red Sox in front, 5-3. Abraham Toro and Trevor Story went back-to-back in the 8th to added on to the Sox lead. Rafael Devers hit a solo shot in the 9th, his 2nd of the series, 14th on the season, and 18th career Home Run at Yankee Stadium. -----It's B
