A U.S. House vote on President Trump's $3.3 trillion "big, beautiful bill" is being delayed due to a lengthy speech from House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-New York). Leader Jeffries have been speaking for hours on the House floor, saying the bill guts Medicaid and doesn't protect it. U.S. Rep.
