One evening, in November of 2011, tonight’s guest and a friend of hers had just arrived back at his home, after grocery shopping, when the unthinkable happened. She had her two small sons with her at the time. His dogs, which normally were mellow as can be were freaking out. Not knowing what was causing them to be upset, tonight’s guest and her friend hurried her sons into his home, so they could come back out to investigate. What happened next is something that’s still, to this day, consumes her thoughts.
