This week's episode features iconic relationship expert Harville Hendrix, PhD. We'll discuss his work in Imago Therapy and seminal book, Getting the Love You Want (A Guide for Couples). Harville Hendrix, PhD began his career as a therapist and educator at the Pastoral Counseling Center of Greater Chicago in 1965 where he was Clinical Director He received his doctorate in Psychology and Theology in 1970 and became a member of the faculty of Perkins Divinity School at Southern Methodist in Dallas, Texas where he taught for nine years. In 1979 he entered private practice as a therapist. In 1977, Harville met Helen LaKelly Hunt and they married in 1982.
