Locked On Red Sox

The Red Sox (66-55) avoided a 4th straight loss with a (14-1) blowout win over the Astros Tuesday night at Daikin Park in Houston. The series is even at 1-1 and the Red Sox are now 4-1 on the season against the Astros. It's the Sox 66th win of the season.  They won their 66th game last season on August 20 at Houston. The Sox are now 19-0 when scoring 10 or more runs in a Game this season.  -----Going with May: Dustin May turned in his terrific outing in his 2nd start with the Red Sox. The 27-year-old tossed 6 scoreless innings and exited with an 8-0 lead. May walked 1 and struck out 8. He gave up a Single on the 1st pitch of the Game to Jeremey Pena and 5 hits total (all Singles).
