Guilmy Talks

Hey Guys This is a show that I have wanted to do for a long time and I am so happy that it finally came to fruition. I have been a cannabis user ever since it has become legal in Canada. It helps me with sleep and to be honest it helps me with my day to day life as it centers me and actually helps me focus more from reducing my anxiety so I can do the work more. Whether its the podcast I am not stuck on editing my stutter out and spending hours re listening to every show to make sure it's perfect for me to put out. It also has helped me be a more productive person as you can see I put out more and more content because it helps me believe in myself more as a content creator. This is just a few examples how this plant helped me and I loved hearing about the other's stories as well.
